Basic Information

Citizens of Trandoria (CoT) is a single-player RPG map for Wacraft 3 expansion (Frozen Throne). The map can't be played over Battle.Net due to it's large file size. CoT cannot/should not be opened for the public in the Warcraft 3 World Editor since the file content is meant to be secret and un-copy-able. All rights are reserved to the CoT project crew and it's project leader HaniBon (c) 2010. The following information is official and made by the project leader.

CoT gives you a nice new type of RPG gaming in Warcraft 3. It features a beautiful terrain, well made quests, good storyline, custom sounds (and models, icons, skins etc). Read more in the Features.

Features

Races

RaceInformation

Human
Strong warriors, archers and mages. Good hunters and excellent weapon forgers. The humans live in villages and cities, they are blessed by the power of the high priest (Lanzo) so whenever they get low hit-points, they have a 5% chance to re-gain 30% of they're full hit-points. The humans are used to fight as a group so most classes for this race can summon warriors to help them in battles.

Elves
Excellent archers and hunters. Can learn and develop good hiding skills and has a high rate of evading attacks. The elves live in the forest so they are good at finding useful spots to hide whenever they get low hit-points. As long as the elves stay in the forests, they have a 3% chance to get help from other elves when they are fighting hard mobs or bosses.

Orcs
Heavy armor warriors. Mostly made for close battles with melee weapons. High damage and high hit-points rate. The orcs live in dungeons and near the hills. They have powerful hits and they almost never miss a strike. If they would miss an attack (which almost never happens), they have a 50% chance to get enraged (increases attack power by 100% for 3 seconds).

Undead
Skeleton mages and warriors. High damage with melee weapons and shadow spells. Perfect human slayers. The undeads live under the ground and in the Deadwood forests. They are the once causing the terror all over the world so whenever they are attacked by humans or elves, they have a high chance to return the damage to the once attacking them.

Mimals
Fast units with fast attacks. Not so high damage, but can attack a unit 3 times faster than any other race. Perfect for slaying orcs and undeads. Mimals live in the swamps and deserts, they are a new race that is based on ancient forgotten animals. Any mimal-raced class has the "Force of Nature" spell, allowing them to call for help whenever it's needed! Just make sure the summoned helpers don't die, they are ancient and will not respawn!

Cool an achievement system. Haven't seen that in a while.

Sounds like mimal are going to be overpowered because they attack fast (maybe balance with a lower hit chance)

Also, multiplayer is a thing of the future, it has been growing in popularity.

Thanks guys this makes me more happy to make the map.

Well it will be hard to make a Muliplayer map out of this due to the large map and dooodads count (and I want to use 99% custom doodads for terrain).

The mimals race will not be OP, they have fast attacks but really low damage. They will as you said, start with low hit chance too. More information of this will come when I present the classes.
