thanks, yeah there is room for more improvements - and yes the morph animation is from "the rejection of the gift" scene, although it ain't as accurate as the one in the scene but i think it'll do.Nice Illidan model! Some animations are still kinda stiff and can be improved.
Is the Morph animation from when he ensnared by the Holy Naaru? Thats cool and an animation for an Eye Beam spell is a chef's kiss

Although I agree that Alternate animations are a bit stiff, also I think you forgot to add attack sounds to when he swings his blades.The collision shapes don't have coordinates because of that they are placed like this (picture 1). Alternate form lacks hand and feet attachments.
Again, the model's is great, I'm just trying to give feedback.
P.S. I don't know if it's too much to ask, but I wish he had a flight anim in demon form named "Walk Fast"
well, yeah those are indeed the same energy beams - sorry i forgot to mention it before.Is it just me or is the eye beam effect from my DH model?I really don't mind, just curious.

-The health bar is too high. You can fix the health bar on Illidan by reducing the maximum Z extends in each non-Alternate sequence.
