I commissioned a professional voice actor to make this, I wrote the text and did the direction.
You can replace the soundset of whatever you want, but Kael is a good choice.
Use the sound compression of your liking too.

Yes and no. I picked a locomotive model with a unsaturated skin, then I used the Dwarf Senator for the portrait.
It was a unit in my ADHD faction entry for the #18 Techtree contest.
