Can be use as a Kor'kron for exemple.

Guess what? If they die, you can raise Skeletal Orcs from the corpse, and the armor will remain the same.

That looks like a decent mid level armour upgrade. Champion I feel would have even more armour.... or a bigger 2-h axe.
