enjoy: It's too blurry and the lines are too thick imo. try to make them thinner and make it more smooth and clear, instead of rough.

the hands look pretty nice but i dont know what should i say about that fire or whatever it is;s

I looks too noisy, what's up with that? Looks like a scanned 80's comic book.

This is a fire in the middle, what's wrong with this ? Too much glow ?

Too compact/solid in my opinion. The fire is what i refer too. Make it more "alive" and more variation in it.
As well as the background, looks too compact/rough. The hands are great though.
Also reduce the thickness of the black lines.
This will be a great icon with some work!
