enjoy: Firstly. If the icon is permanently rejected, uploading them again is considered spam and you will get banned.
secondly, if the icon is only rejected untill UPDATED, it means that you have to UPDATE it and then it will show in the section again. In the corner there is a button saying "Update" and you use that on your icons, you don't reuploading it. I am deleting this, and then you have to UPDATE the one that was rejected untill updated. Stop reuploading them.
