Quick update what has happened "behind the scenes". Systems: TerrainDamage - Lava and other hostile environment now causes damage to the units. New supply system, first 256x256 map, and Questions

So in this update, besides adding a few more things, I changed the mana supply system. 1) I always wanted the logistics to be a challenge and make things more immersive, but also not ruin the flow of the game. By replacing the somewhat buggy "Spirit Touch" based mechanic that would often decide to exclude units seemingly at random (even though they were part of the allowed targets, and would sometimes work) with the more modest brilliance aura, I am hoping to produce a better balance. 2)...

Testing an UI idea

The idea was giving the players to ability to collapse or extend a part of the Equipment UI via the mouse. This part was meant for customizing each individual ability that the player's hero learns. This was a test run to see if it could be done or how well it would work.

Updated Test Map

So here is an updated version of the demo map. What I did was to update one or two models and most of all fix a few things. One of the most annoying bugs was that sometimes, no matter how many units were shooting at a flag pole, it wouldn't change owner. My recent tests suggests I have now fixed that. Any Model Makers in the House?!?

I met this amazing model maker named "Kuma" from another warcraft website, and they allowed me to use their collection of Hero models for ComicBook Heroes Reforged. The problem is some are setup to run like Naruto Anima stuff. It works ok on the Thor model because he has a cape, but with Cyclops it just looks goofy. I have tried repeatedly to contact them again over the years as they are the creator of the Cyclops model to see if they will help fix. I have done some model modding yet not...

I just got a new Jean Gray model to replace the high elf sorceress I was using thanks Njord. I was going to edit the WC3 model, but the size was too large once saved, so this works out perfect.
