Effect: Charge to target point damaging units in line for 220% of caster strength, and each unit what caster hit has 5% chance to stop u (I don't understand who is stopped!?)
It is basically the same thing, but this time it uses hashtables - it runs much better, much faster, lesser lag, etc. It's just better than before. But the method is the same. =)
