"Amon" from StarCraft II. The main antagonist of the trilogy. The in-game portrait has very poor lighting (to the point it might even be negative light) so what you see is an enhanced image taken using the cutscene editor with custom lighting. It is then digitally enhanced with a histogram shift to make him appear in better contrast.
He is meant to be the Xel Naga responsible for creating the Zerg Swarm (Overmind) and ultimately leading to the end of the other Xel Naga. Despite his apparent death eons ago he was resurrected unintentionally by Jim Raynor when he used a Xel Naga artefact to revert Kerrigan away from the swarm as all her power was then channelled to resurrect Amon. His servants under his instructions created his most powerful of minions, the Hybrid, beings that are a merge of both Zerg and Protoss in a way that neither knew even possible. On top of this he appears to draw power from the "void", an ancient nothingness that is the source of power for the Protoss Dark Templar.
His plans are pretty simple, use the Hybrid to destroy the universe and engulf it with the void allowing him to re-create it how he sees fit. If he succeeds or not will only be revealed with the third SC2 expansion when it is released.

Alright, I will go for it. Sadly the font is so small, a bigger font would overlap either the axe or the orc.

Well, I tried, all is fine except the font, I guess.
I really struggled with the font, I think I will make it freehand.

Lava glow is kind of a challenge, but I think I know how I can achieve it.
What part exactly of the UI ?
You mean negative borders like borders that have spikes away and not into the Signature ?

I am average with photoshop ( or to say, I use GIMP).
I can do simple edits, can mix different channels, can make good font ( like warcraftish), apply outliners, glows, ...

I am really bad with 100% freehand icons ( if no CnP is involved), but average with Signatures and Thread Art.
How can I help you ?
If not you can add and remove locust to still have locust and just add invulnerable if you want it to be immortal still, meaning you can finally pick those pesky units and retain locust's effect.
Either set it far below the caster collision size (~3), or it must be the allowed targets (on click)? Also set dummy movement speed to 0, in case it has facing difficulties.
