    I'm registerd here for years, just didn't post much, and about CR it's still around but most of the founders left even P.E. himself left long ago, I actually thought about creating a own small forum for my projects and models and so on.
    being a lill busy, so you can ask other people for opinion.. asking just me won't get you to be a better model maker
    there's a hole between his legs, below the bum :xxd: and i think some bad rigging is making it :xxd:

    model itself looks pretty cool now, but his big fleshy eyebrows are looking a bit strange to me.., check up an actual gorilla head for refs

    as for gorilla walk, well, they simply make pretty wider steps on their arms, since they're much bigger than their legs, so, doing that should probably make the movement of the guy better. also for all other anims, currently it looks like he's animating with arms shyly close together :p

    EDIT: i guess he needs a wider chest too '~'
    Here's advice from JokeMasterFor the golden/copper parts most probably blood elf textures ( the spell breaker, or the Human Expansion UI)
    A good stony texture can be found in the night elven buildings,(the altar, ancient of wind, ancient of wonder)
    The purple cloth is easy ( the orcish warlock,guldan, well the purple one don't remember the name)
    For a wc 3 unit the golden core could be team colored and use the crystalopaque
    well.. i think some video would explain it better than me xD Gorillas have a lot of weight in front and move a bit heavier, always using arms as support

    Woah, that looks really beautiful man... I think you should upload it when you're done. So, the texture first.. Im not really sure what to use here but I guess something Night Elven would fit the concept. Then just use the rock golem for animations.

    hm.. that feels interesting.. but you'd need to fix up a few holes at the neck , fix the wrapping on his lower jaw and neck area and probably have animations tweaked a bit more, just so it has a bit more of a gorilla-like movement. you could probably get rid of swim anims, since they kinda look like they need the most tweaking, and i really dunno if anyone would make their pet units amphibious, unless the hero is amphibious as well, lol
    I'm not concerned with people's profile pics or avatars, unless someone reports them..

    as for the stag rider.. the animations feel better, but..

    1: the archer's attack is still a big threat to the stag's head, so if you are to keep his head constantly down in the attack anim, it would feel a lot better, methinks..

    2: stag does some aerial ballet in the death anim, lol. war3 doesn't really have gravity, so you could keep that stag and archer from floating up or down as they fall (might wanna ask someone to tweak that further, or try tinkering more yourself

    3: deformations.. archer's waist totally deforms in the attack anim, and stag's neck is always at a funny angle in any animation.. this is definitely bad rigging.. you can do a finer rigging if you attach the same piece of mesh to two bones, which in mdlvis is done when you use that 'reattach' button, switch a bone, and then use 'attach to bone' button' be sure to backup your model and do trial and error until it's nice

    aside from that, you are having some wrap issues to fix so the stag doesn't have bad wrap on the lower part of the neck and chest, or on the inside bit of the legs, and lastly, you could make the stag a bit more slender, to fit well with the archer, not too much tho

    Oh, right, i forgot about the knight's anims .u.
    Rig means the way the mesh is attached to a skeleton of a model. and that means that the model should not deform (too much) during any animations, if some of the mesh is deforming and twisting in, then your rigging needs a tweak

    editing animations is something one needs a lot, lot of patience, and to be honest, we're lacking animators, so if you try learning that extra hard, it'll be great not only for you, but for a lot of peeps :3

    atm something is really making your model silly in some animations, majorly 'death' one :xxd:
    Err.. there is some weird stretching while the model plays the death animation.. which makes it all weird, and also the stag's neck and legs aren't that nicely rigged.. also the girl is shooting arrows directly into the back of the stag's head S: would it be better if you were to move his head to the side in the attack anim?

    well.. those are the things to fix, but.. i really dunno who to suggest to you.. did anyone already edit your model's animations?

    EDIT: also.. why having two archer meshes in the model? oO
    ow..it's okay..was just asking if it is on progress ..haha
    besides, it's not like I can finish my map in two weeks time ..haha
