The animations won't be ruined, there is going to be some not so good looking stretching of the helm itself and since it is on his head it is going to be very visible in war craft's view.

Oh, I understand so The model will be Fucked up once the Wolf helmet is added on the Wolf lord's Head? Including the animations will be ruined?
I have a lot of work currently so I probably won't be able to do it for some time now. I will try to add it when I have time although I don't think that it will look good.
Due to the model's mesh the helmet will have to be a part of the fur thing on his back, this will cause very ugly stretching/intersecting during animations, since the lower part of the helm will be connected to the chest bone and the upper part to the head bone.

I intended to make a gray werewolf model eventually. When you asked me to make a gray werewolf, you gave me a reason to give it priority over other models that I am making. So what I am saying is I intended to make it anyway.
