If resource A is 20% better than resource B, then resource B is useless as you'd always just use resource A. It doesn't mean that resource B is crap, but it does mean that it isn't useful, meaning that it shouldn't be approved.
Safety should be up to the user, not the author. Let the user decide for themselves. Never decide for the user, that's forcing your opinions on to them. How would you like it if another person's opinions that you didn't agree with at all were forced on you? If you are against choice, then you are as bad as those that try to force their beliefs on others.
