    Any GUI trigger "sort of" leaks. Any trigger that's used only once is useless past the one time it is used, though destroying it is not necessary because the a single unused trigger is not the end of the world for anybody.

    The timer event, to be fair, actually leaks three times as much as a map initialization event. This is because it requires creating an event and a trigger, instead of just creating a trigger.

    especially the tooltips, the tooltips of my abilities are not that good, so use <(ID),Data*1> to fill the tooltips

    It was a lot of work, the other editors had gradually flaked off and I was left alone to work on it for many months at a time. Motivation faltered while work piled up on me. The current team around LR is capable, and though they may have growing pains as they learn to manage the map, they are a great team to have for the map, and they are very welcoming to any advice I give them as well as leaving the door open for me to work on the map with them (which I have already).

    With them the map has been given a fresh breath of motivation and creativity that I was no longer able to give it.
