I'm back(?) and might post spells in th future again. I don't do comissions but if you have an awesome idea, not too complex, post it here and I might pick it up =)

Passive: Enemies (possibly entering range of the hero) will have a chance of getting debuffed with Slow, whereas allies will have a chance to gain a Haste buff.

You seem rather inactive as of late. Lets see some sweet ass spells!

Soul Storm

The lich summons the spirits out of nearby corpses, creating a grotesque procession around him. The spirits follow the lich, and whenever a living enemy unit comes too close, it attracts all the spirits to swarm it down, slowing it, reducing armor and causing the spirits to attack it. The spirits slowly drift around the caster wherever he goes when not swarming. At the end of the spell, the spirits give mana to the Lich for the amount of damage done to enemy units.
