From what I've read, lust isn't only related to carnal desire but the acquisition of power as well.
When setting up Hell's world layout in my story I had a bit of a struggle regarding where to place Lust around the City of Dis.
Clearly, it had to be within Heresy (Sin) Kingdom's influence... But bordering whose other Kingdom? Was the main issue.
Greed could have been a good option given what I stated before, but then again I opted for Fraud (Lie) since its easier for its King to manipulate and spark the Lust's queen desire for more power and provoque skirmishes and frequent strugles against the Kingdom of Corruption which 'earned' that place. Also, the pleasures of lust are but a fleeting moment of false joy, whose meaningless becomes a source of torment to its denizens upon realization.
@xISLx demons don't exactly reproduce themselves that way, they mostly do it among themselves but its of rare occurance.
They will however increase their numbers through the corruption of human souls black enough to be turned into demons, becoming Serfs. Those deemed unworthy are the Enslaved and serve either as nourishment (in which case are cyclically recreated) or amusement (torture).
Ashkiss is a special case since she's among the few who have pissed the wrong demons bad enough for them to drag her body and soul together (a certain Greed demon did it) but rather than being just another lost soul she was transformed into a weapon by the King of Violence (he saw potential in her not power, so he left her wander and carve said power on her own).
As for Angels... They are created at a core entity in Heaven, and recreated sometime later after their death... But this respawn property (as mentioned another time) has been in slow decline, causing them to be less pro-active and warmongering (cautious if you will). Holy Avengers are an even rarer case but I got their method mostly set up
@deepstrasz ohh
It had to be done here as part of the reincarnation, immortality, mortality, and purpose themes that I'd be exploring, especially since Death will be the ultimate antagonist.
