Hawkwing: The whole thing is lacking in tonal contrast (shading is weak) and the technique you used to create the beard isn't the greatest.

The clothes needs some additional shading and definition, and the face needs to look more like Chuck Norris instead of a Villager Man face with an awfully blurry beard.

this is really blurry. its a funny concept but pretty bad execution. it needs more shading and highlights as well as it looks too plain in colour
