Milance uploaded the map. I guess Tomoraider just created the map for his campaign and Milance took the map and uploaded it here. So without proof that you have permission from Tomoraider, as SCN said, the map will be rejected. I wonder why so many people nowadays take the Map Submission Rules as some trash.

As Mythic has said, Please read the Map Submission Rules. It really seems like you don't understand what the others are saying to you. Tomoraider didn't give you permission to upload this. It doesn't matter if you edited it or not, you simply took a map out of a campaign and put it as a single thing, also, the lack of description follows it.
We are able to customize the Blizzard maps because we have the open permission to do so, but in case of User-created maps, such as Tomoraiders, you have to take permission from the maker and then actually do some work on it. You barely did anything to change it up.
It's really disappointing to see people do this kind of stuff.
