67chrome: This just doesn't seem to have enough freehand content, 75% freehand is the minimum requirement for skins. The armor seems very similar to the original armor, in some places such as the wings seems to have little changes at all. I'd recommend adding a lot more detail and change the armor style more completely, right now it looks to much like a discolored warden. If you're having trouble creating freehand textures check out the skinning tutorials on this site (they are located under the 2D art section of the tutorials, which may be accessed via the tutorial link on the top of every page on this site
The armor also looks rather night-elvish, take a look at the demonic textures from wc3 for more demonic ideas...the doodads from Outland might have something of interest, the demon gate, I seem to remember the Erader warlocks and doom guards having rather intricate armor sets as well, look at any of these for more inspiration.
