Hawkwing: Everything is very blurry and smudged, and the pants and ruins are poorly shaded and defined. This has potential, for a first skin, but it currently doesn't have the quality of an approveable resource.

On a side note, you still have an opportunity to make changes.

Yes.. yes.. smudge is really your enemy in making skins. it should be used maybe at 5% or less...

EDIT: hand is overly defined and you ran an exessive sharpen over it. '~'

I like it, but maybe looks a bit too much like the origianal Trolls. Add some more details and it would be for a 4/5 or maybe even 5/5.
As for now i dont really know if i want to rate it 3/5 or 4/5.
