Colors are terrible, though the rockts are worth a laugh.
The armor you did for his beard looks ok on the wunwrap, but why the hell would you armor his beard, especially when you can even tell it is anything but obnoxious green?

ack, in the first place, nothing is recognizable on the unwrap. it's obvious you used big brushes, and the face is completly screwed up, thanks god it wraps on a model, otherwisely it wouldnt even look like remotly human.
his gun, altho it have an original concept, his appaerance is sloppy.
the shading on the gun seems messed, its visible you didnt know what to do here...
i would suggest some non-digital drawing, since on the digital side you apparantly dont know how to shade.

Fisrt off, the quality of models I make has no bearing on my keen eye for spotting garbage, and second, you dont know what im working on at the moment.

Also, my CnP of the warden actually looks decent, thanks to Blizz and thier amazing talent on the armor i tossed onto her. Who cares if something is freehand, if it looks bad and has no sence of design, its crap...

someones a little grumpy today :wink: ... try waking up on the right side of the bed tomorrow. anyways... ill fix the beard, ya the problem was i finished it, then tested it, then got lazy and didnt redo problematic areas........ :cry:
oh and worm, the face was done to wrap well and look dirty, not to be a perfectly anatomicly correct.

and mabye you will realize that this is like my second model...

since this one sucked, im gonna restart and see how i can do.... WIsh me luck! hehe

Heres some actual advice:

First think to yourself about what effect your trying to give by making this guy.
You have the option of doing some off the wall shit, or making the character something semi-normal. If your gonna armour the beard, you need to make him a mech character, in some regards at least. Keep your themes together, I mean, why the hell would someone have red clothes, a blue cape, and a green beard coverd in plate armour?? Exactly, they wouldnt...

Now pic your color palatte. Once you pick your color palette, sit back and think about whether this person would actually go around wearin bright 'insert color' on whatever they were wearing. Unless they have the taste of a circus clown, they are gonna tone that shit down, as should you. Also matching your colors is VERY important. Nothing ruins a decent skin more than a shitty color scheme.



Please dont mistake my jackass-ness for me calling you a hack, becasue your not, you just need to pick a good direction and go with it.
And please... No wild crazy colors, its offensive to the eyes. :p

This is probably the most Italian skin I ever seen. You got green hwite and der, such beautiful combo.

I'm fooling ofc, this skin fail to scream America is already bad, let alone telling what's going on in the texture.

It's be more convincing if boomstick made of pasta.
