67chrome: Ok, your screenshot doesn't even show your skin. You should make around 75% of an approve able skin with freehand content as well (ie not recolor or copy and paste work) to bring a skin to the same quality of most of the other approved resources here as well. Right now this skin has so little effort put into the changes anyone with an art program would be capable of doing it.
I'd highly recommend you check out the 2D art tutorials on this site for tips and tricks on how to more effectively place you ideas on a skin. A lot of said tutorials also highlight some of the free tools on this site that will allow you to more efficiently skin wc3 models, and take better screen shots. Of your skin.
