Each of the models needs at least a collision shape. You should also try to optimize the bundle by fixing the issues detected by the Sanity Checker.

The problem with correcting extents on any of Ujimasa Hojo's models is that extents expand well beyond the limits of the character model due to it also including a portrait geoset. The end result is basically the unit's hp (and mana) bar being either slightly higher than normal or just not visible on screen due to how high it is.
