I don't think so - this looks like a missile of the assassin unit, the missile of the headhunter unit looks a little different.

I am sorry, but adding a flame particle to an existing missile does not constitute for an approvable model. Also, the flames don't seem to stop in the death animation.

Well, let's just say approval rules weren't as strict back in 2004. Some of the most classic trainwreck models on the hive are from that time.
