Was actually planning on using it as a /logo/ for a faction in a game I am planning, but blame David.

That's why I wasn't planning on uploading it, David. Anyway, I'll find some free time and work on it.

Your update resulted in a blank icon (see attachment).
As far as I can see from the UPG / ATT, you haven't made any changes besides increasing contrast.
You'd need to apply proper shading to make the blades look actually sharp and work more on the handle. They're just white bars in the icon.

It's been updated. The shadows are carefully placed. Also, the blades are exactly how I wanted them to turn out, and the handle is barely visible on the 64x64 version, thus rendering details not that visible.
