Request is not my desigion to create backgroungs, glow and other stuff. Requester request resourse, I am creating it. Newominus didn't asked backgroung.
I will create second version with backgroung/glow after 5 hours from time pf this post.

Icon looks nice, I do agree that it will look much better with background

This background does not suit every single icon. I suggest something similar to these:

This is hand with flesh... I got skeletal one... spaces and such... I know it doesnt fit... looks ugly and overbrighten. I didnt planed glow, now I need to create ALL ned shadings :/

Edit: ok... if that is not working I will remove glow and leave it as it was.

I love making skeleton icons, nice job on this.

yes I actually do know the difference :3 but with both you can make a fist and point :3

One of the better skeletal icons on the Hive imo, but I think it's a little sharp around the edges. Maybe unsharpen it a tiny bit?

You managed to do the proportions amazingly. My personal experience points to the fact that hands are difficult to draw, great work with managing it. Maybe uhm... a lil' more emphasized shading under the fingers?

Ok, will make shading under the fingers a bit darker.

Done: bloored the icon a bit, shaded under fingers, fixed one small flaw.

This is CRMove in better. Congratulation.
