Too me that looks really incredible. Could be very useful indeed. I think of dark and execution spells when I see something like this.

Very pretty, looks like it should fit very nicely with in-game icons. However, I think that the blade could be improved further - I think that it could be a bit more shiny, if you see what I mean. Overall, the icon is really great, I rated it 5/5, and have some +Rep.
