Its a dagger (by " adg " he probably meant "Adaga"[Portuguese]).
Anyway, what the hell? It an knife going through wind or something. Besides, the shape makes it look like a mini scimitar. lol

Well, there is no shading and these white lines (supposed to be something like swing) are awful... but a good start for iconmaking... You could read some 2D art Tutorials. the Best i know is NFWar's Icon making Tutorial (add rep when you read it)
