NEEDS FIX

	There are no leaks The effects are ok
	The wait makes the ability bug if there are more than one unit casting the ability at the same time
	Omnislash has been done many times already, there are approved Omnislash abilities already in the database. You need to be really original with the spell to get it approved
	Things that leak Hashtables and MUI Dynamic indexing Spell Submission Rules

it doesent even matter there are so many omnislashes made that it might be good if he actually copied one of them instand of making a "new" one

actually, Omnisplash uses heroe's attack damage not the random damage between 150 and 250...
