Mr.War3 has now been properly credited, thank you for making me aware. I download all sorts of models from many internet sites, sometimes I only remember what site I got them from.

To respond to your demands I can only say that if Mr.War3 wants me to take this down he is welcome to ask me to do it. Until then I see no reason to take it down, since you weren't involved in ripping this model.

You demand the removal, but you are not involved in ripping it, properly rigging it. I find your request (and subsequent aggressive and very mean-spirited report) laughable and without any substance.
FeelsGoodMan has properly edited the description and credited the original author.
A thief is always the first to shout thief, right?

You cannot really claim ownership to this type of resource, IMO.

I mean the whole concept of a ported model pretty much means you infringe on copyrighted material by definition.
After all, if it was your stuff it would not be a "port" anymore.

You can argue that this is morally wrong and whatnot but that should be brought somewhere else like admin contact or site discussion as that is not relevant to a specific resource.

As long as proper credits are given to the original author and the game source is specified as well as all other model section rules apply this is totally fine.
It is very easy for the moderators to take down/relinquish authorship of a resource to the original author if the original wants it.

Never post something you don't know the source of or you are not able to fix bugs in it yourself.

Not in the ported section. The rules for approval apply here and since this model was not yet moderated I see no reason for you to get angry and mean over a small fault of a user.
