So, I got this new water I gound on wcnet I think... and its wow-ish water comparing to the default wc3 one. I wanna replace it with wc3 one. How do I do that? What do I change?

It isn't a tutorial to directly replace it though--you have to do some additional work. But it works well, and is most likely the best/easiest way to do it. Good luck.
