I must admit my lack of knowledge when it comes to modeling — I can’t even begin to fathom how difficult it must be to import or create a model from scratch. One thing I can say for sure: I’ve seen many incredibly well-made models here on Hive — complex, full of detail — and I’ve never had the nerve to do anything but admire the amazing work of those who dedicate their time and effort to creating or importing them.


But when I see a model like this, I’m reminded of something that’s often forgotten: sometimes, the simplest things are the most effective. This model isn’t a massive creature full of props, or a highly detailed structure — it’s simple, and there’s real beauty in that simplicity.


Also, the nostalgia factor weighs heavily on my judgment. Ever since I started playing video games, Spyro and Crash Bandicoot have been two of my all-time favorites. So, my sincere congratulations on this contribution to the community — it’s simply amazing.


P.S.: I hated that guy.

Magos can't open mdx models with Ribbon emitters, you have to convert it to MDL first

That worked, thank you! I first tried just changing the extension via renaming the file, but that got me another error in Magos. Opening it in Retera's studio and saving it as an mdl file worked.
