Windows 7 and Gaias Retalition

does anyone have the problem of the map being unable to load when playing on windows 7?

I think it may do with my security settings and any Preload calls in the map. How can i fix this problem?

I use windows 7 (both 32bit and 64bit versions on different machines) and didn't encounter any trouble.
Sorry, but the problem has to be somewhere else.

Try out the typical solutions:

- patch Warcraft III to the newest version
- check your game options: put light and texture settings to maximum
- run WC3 in window mode
- check out if other maps have the same problem
- avoid unusual symbols and characters in your username
- reinstall Warcraft III

You also forgot re-download the map sometimes when you download a map it can get corrupt.

Since you're talking about security yourself; do you have a virus scanner which might prevent these actions? And do you have administrator rights on you Windows account? Or maybe you still have to disable User Account Control (Google it if you don't know).
