"Follow Through Time" refers how many seconds the ability will be channeled (Active)
"Art Duration" is used only if you use "Art - Effect", that refers how often the effect will be shown.
For example if "Follow Through Time" is 5 seconds and "Art Duration" is 1 second, the effect will be shown 5 times with an interval of 1 second.
