First and foremost:
- CYBERPUNK IS HOT
CYBERPUNK IS HOT
If that didn't convince you (which it should have), - There is voice acting for every piece of dialogue available.
This isn't WoW, where some shithead says "Hello!" and begins mouthing your quest in a looping action. The most mundane stuff has been dubbed. - Variety, bitch.
You can choose which objective you want to complete, how you want to complete it, and whose faction's cock you want to suck. In Invisible War, it is even more possible. - Storyline.
If Dan Brown made a game, and it didn't suck, it would be a lot like this. There's no single "good guy" organization that makes badass supersoldiers who just take orders like a bitch. No, the badass supersoldiers serve only themselves! Government conspiracies are the shit! - CYBERPUNK IS HOT
If this seems familiar, it's probably because cyberpunk is so awesome. - It's like an FPS, but it isn't.
FPS's are linear. You fight for one side, go only to one place, to complete one mission. On the other hand, they are fun and most of the time badass! Deus Ex extracted this good stuff and inserted it into their most awesome game. - It's like an RPG, but it isn't.
RPG's are cliched, boring and stupid. On the other hand, there are loads of shit to do in there, and the character gets stronger and gains more abilities as the game progresses. Similarly, in Deus Ex, you gain better skill, and with nanoaugmentation canisters (there's something fucking awesome about microscopic robots inside you giving you superhuman traits), you can gain new abilities! - Shut up.
If you aren't (re)installing Deus Ex on your computer by now, you are a douche and there's nothing I can do to change that.
