Where to get IPXRouter file for IPX connection, LAN-ing older games?

In this thread (1st Message) it is said that:

3 - If you use more than 2 PC's in the LAN; ectract the IPXRouter file to the game root dir. too, and run (double click) it.

But where to get this IPXRouter file?
ipxwrapper-0.6.0.zip does not have it.
