What you want to change in lore, mechanics, balance and why?

Template: I want to do {something} because {reason}.

1. I want to make Undead race stronger. I can't feel any threat from it. It should be strongest race in the game because they are dead and there are many of them.
  • I want to make Frost Wyrm stronger. Two snipers destroy this creature and can't beat a few ghouls. It's a dead dragon! Not a goblin zeppelin!
  • Undead units, except structures, should not cost any resources because they are dead. They do not need salary or equipment in most situations.
  • I want to make Graveyard really dangerous. Undead use it to store flesh and bones. It should be protected by default. Graveyards should spawn free lifetime skeletons and zombies to guard nearby area, like towers.
  • I want to raise any corpse when another undead is nearby because it's the vessel for death energy. Undead cannot be killed in equal situations because new corpses will be captured during the fight. If you want to win, you need to destroy all vessels and death energy will disappear.
2. I want to make night elves stronger in the woods. This race is very weak. Girls with bows can't poses any threat to other races, but they must be strong in woods with their Goddess of the Moon.
  • I want to increase mana pool and cast range for moon wells. Mana regeneration speed should depend on the number of trees nearby.
  • I want to make Night Elves units stronger in the woods by giving them increased life regeneration, attack speed and armor depending on number of trees nearby.
  • I want to make Mountain Giant a lot stronger. It's a living rock and it does not hurt! Without that unit elves do not have any chances in open spaces.
  • I want to reduce their dependency from gold towards the lumber so it should be really difficult to destroy this race in the forest. They spent an eternity in the woods!
  • I want their structures to grow near the trees and increase strength over time. It works like levels of heroes. The more trees nearby the faster structure are getting experience. You cannot chop down their structures in the forest with couple of soldiers like a woodcutter at lumbermill. Level 10 Tree of Eternity in melee combat will be very strong.
3. I want to remove spikes from Orc structures. Why enemy units can't destroy empty building? Is it traps inside buildings or units simply jump on spikes? It does not make any sense.
4. I want to remove magic immunity from the game and replace it with magic resistance which reduces damage by certain value. Why ghostly Banshee or mighty fire create like Phoenix cannot attack Spell Breaker or Rock Golem? It does not make any sense.
5. Armor must be simplified. 1 point of armor reduces incoming damage by 1. Let's say you click on the enemy Knight with Holy Fire and see 20 armor and you have 4 swordsman against him without an upgrades. Who would win? You cannot say that without some math. With simplified formula it is obvious. A lot easier to count and balance!
