What is the difference between submerge and burrow?

Title says it all really... I know that you can generally move in submerge but then again you could do that in burrow if you made changes. Would Submerge be classed as "Burrowed" on spells like reveal?

Submerge is only applied under the water i think and burrow just can applied under the land.

Abbilities that has submerge is Naga
while Burrow is Undead

2 units only have burrow. Crypt Fiend and the bugs that crypt lord spawns. Most likely submerge was specifically created for Nagas, just like the Amkehrahwear move type
