What exactly is an SLK file? its actually an MS excel file that when opened it show data about stuff, lightning effects, etc... but how do u use it in a map? and is it ok to use it??

What is an SLK file??

That's the file type the object data is converted to after using the Widgetizer.

A .slk file is a type of table which WC3 uses to contain all kinds of different data. Widigetizer converts all custom data into .slk files so that wc3 can load everything faster.
