Heh, who knows. Might be related to some tables that might have been corrupted in the DB during the server transfers/DB migration that happened around a year ago (from what I can see it happened around a year to 2 years ago, I was still inactive back then, so who knows).
Not sure if intentional. But I'm pretty sure the accounts are pending e-mail verification, probably because they changed their e-mail details in the profile field and didn't validate the new one.
