Well this is a question that could only be answered by what you think, i don't think it's really "set" already...

In binary i once heard that
0 = true and 1 = false
for boolean, this offcorse isn't realy true for the language itself i'd say but just so, many use 0 as true and 1 as false.

So what do you think, Which of them ( 0 or 1) would suit better for completed and which for not completed.
