Maps and Spells - to me, one often goes with the other, as in "no custom map, without custom spells"

I have no image editing program(other than ms paint), so no icons or skins. I can't model yet, but I'll be learning for my project.*points at sig* After modelling, I'll start working on actual maps and triggers. Though I can do some good non-trigger spells...so I guess spells.
