Pretty ugly, but freehand and some effects /except the eyes - made with a lava image and layer styles/. I think that highlights are good, but I'm not the guy to rate, so feel free to criticize me.

It has no shading whatsoever. You need to add shadows where limbs are jointed, and overall everywehre.
