[Aeon of Strife] Weird Map

I am a huge fan of Melee Maps, so I got interested about it if it's still alive.
Based on my research about melee maps, I found out that melee maps, if not dying, are dead. So I want to create a map that still supports Melee category.

Also, many gamers like Hero Defense types of game. So I have an idea of creating a map that fits on both Hero Defense and Melee category.

What do you think guys? Will it be interesting or too weird?

well, at least for me the map-term 'meele' stands for classic wc3 RTS gameplay with NO changes what-so-ever in the game data (no changes made in object editor).
This also means the moment you add a hero defense part to a Meele map it isn't a meele map anymore...

But if you mean to combine Hero defense with army and base building, I'd say that, if made right, could turn out quite interesting

I agree. If executed properly this could be badass :)
