I made this a couple of years ago. Today, I added some features and thought this would probably be helpful to people.

It's a php-"wrapper" for image manipulation programs.
You upload the image, I resize, crop, split (if chosen), convert to blp and rar it for you. In just a couple of seconds. Even includes the chosen .mdx file aswell.

I realize this is a kick in the balls for those creating loadingscreens for rep, but I've never liked beggers.

Future upgrades: I will add feature for buttons and minimap in a later stage.

The description did not indicate that this section is limited to triggers ONLY, I think you misread the description...
On the other hand, it did indicate this is more of a need-help section.
