I want to know how to make models permanent....... Ill try to be as simple as possible:

1. I know how to import a model into the world editor.
2. I want to know a way by which for example if i change the model of the peasant then whichever warcraft3 map i open it would be the changed model nt the peasant model...
It will replace the peasant model on all maps///

Hope u understood and can help me out

if you only want to do it on your own comp, I think you can import the files into the war3 folder and override the default paths by giving those files the same path...

example for ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtons\BTNBash.blp:
Go inside the wc3 folder
create a new folder named ReplaceableTextures
go inside that
create a new folder named CommandButtons
go inside that and paste the new file there with the name BTNBash...

-->I think this is how they done it on some model modifying programs (Haven't used one, but seen some comps with it)

@Adiktuz: Can that apply for units that didn't replace the originals?

Also, I've only seen this done once, and that wasn't even on all maps. Find Warcraft IV: Red Horizon.
