[WC3] Help with Bones/Animations

The problem is as follows...

Building the model (Look at the bones) :

After export from MilkShape (Use Guesst's MDL/X Exporter) :

The bones are not well located. This also influences the animations...

I hope you help me... Thanks :D

Heres my little notepad that I use when animating in Milkshape. (It might help you)
10 frames=around 1 second
Leave 10 frames between animation's
When making key-frames (ctrl+k) select all joints before pressing the keys
When an animation is finished go to frame 1 copy it and then go to the last keyframe
of your animation and paste it.

Stand,1-61
Stand2,62-132
Death,133-
Attack,-
Walk,-


Linear

Create Bones -> Assign vertices's -> Run zero joints under the Tools menu -> Animate -> Export
