How do you make it look like the map is underwater, help please.

I think there's an underwater tutorial at the Terraining tutorial section. Anyway: it has something to do with a good fog: a blue-ish fog that is thick enough to look like water but still thin enough to look through

If you want units to swim, remember to give them the "swimming" or "alternate" label on Required Animations (or something like that).

He is just looking for a Weather effect like snow but shows its like underwater
I dont know how to do it but it seems like you must do it yourself I dont think anyone did something like this before search mpq for weather effects etc

It's the one from the spell section...looks quite nice.

go to scenario - map options, global weather, rays of moonlight. it looks very underwatery. and make the lighting sunken ruins. it helps
