[Solved] Çrazy water glitch

There is a weird glitch. A unit can go into water. It suddenly appeared. Before the unit could not go and walk underwater. Not on the water surface but on the bottom of water. I do not understand why did this appeared. How can I fix the units from going into water and spoiling my map? Notice the C letter is also crazy, I do not know why it appeared I do not have language on French or Turkish.

Got it to normal. MiscData was responsible for this.
