Water levels problem

Im helping someone terrain a map, and i came across this:

The water lv is bugged, and i cant get rid of it :\
I can delete every thing, but the water will still stay there, floating :\

try it with remaking some terrain... put other terrain on it :O

Liks i said above, no matter what i do it still stays.

Its casuse you sat the standard height level to to low.
Set it to ca 4.
Then you can go 4 down, before reaching the water.
