Was this a bad looking cnp/recolor

Don't want to make trouble with the skin mods, I actually want to blame the idea of showing the skin's texture in a HUGE section of the screen while the screenshot is reduced to 128×128 square instead of Just showing the screenshot which would actually show the resource.

This resource was accused of being a recolor, a cnp and was finally removed.

First the rules state it should be bad looking cnp or recolor to be removed.

In my opinion it wasn't

I actually saw Mc ! when he was making this skin and it isn't just a recolor or cnp,

The cape actually looks really good, wonder why he didn't make a screenshot of it.

Thus far my opinions of this skin might be totally wrong so I am asking the question for you all.

considering everything on this site (skins) sucks, this does too.
But its certainly not CnP or recolour.
